no cisco logon PT7 in ubuntu/mint

1. install firejail
   sudo apt install firejail
    
2. make a script
   $HOME/bin/PT73.bash

   #!/bin/bash
   exec firejail --noprofile --net=none /opt/pt/packettracer "$@"

    

3. GUI: open pka/pkt with other application
   click right on your first .pka file, and select open with other application, point to your script
   repeat for .pkt file
